Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, tarragon, bread crumbs, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, pepper, cayenne pepper, and eggs.
- Mix the ingredients together until completely combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
