- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

- 4 hamburger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, yogurt, garam masala, cumin, cayenne pepper, turmeric, coriander, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix together until combined and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your favorite burger toppings.
