Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut cream over medium heat.
  2. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm.
