Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and red onion over the omelet. Cook until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Fold the omelet in half. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
