1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 jalapeno pepper, diced

Directions

Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
