Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  4. Add cream and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped peaches.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
  9. Top with peach preserves before serving.
