Ingredients
6 slices of white bread
3 large eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
Directions
Cut the crusts off of the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the bread slices into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle each slice with the sugar and roll up.
Serve warm.
