Ingredients
- 2 cups of ice cream
- 1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
- Scoop the ice cream into 4 balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Put the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix the cornflakes, flour and egg.
- Dip each ice cream ball into the mixture, making sure it is evenly coated.
- In a deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F.
- Carefully place the ice cream balls into the fryer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the ice cream balls from the fryer and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve the fried ice cream with a drizzle of honey or your favorite topping.
