1 pound boneless, skinless salmon fillet, cut into cubes
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the salmon cubes, bread crumbs, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the salmon mixture into 4-6 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon patties and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and garlic until well combined.
Serve the salmon cakes with the garlic mayonnaise.
