Ingredients
1 (14-pound) turkey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt over the turkey.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Uncover the turkey and let it continue to cook for 15 minutes until it is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
