Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Add in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and mix until combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
