Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, butter, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until all of the ingredients are well-combined.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and walnuts. Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
