Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 375°F and lightly grease the basket with oil.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Dredge the zucchini slices in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
  4. Place the zucchini slices in the air-fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Fry for 10 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through.
  5. Remove the chips from the air-fryer and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired. Serve warm.
