- 2 large zucchini
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat the air-fryer to 375°F and lightly grease the basket with oil.
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Dredge the zucchini slices in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
- Place the zucchini slices in the air-fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Fry for 10 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through.
- Remove the chips from the air-fryer and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired. Serve warm.
