Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
- In a second shallow bowl, add the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken slice in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat each slice well.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Serve the chicken with the soy mayo sauce.
