Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Dip each chicken slice in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat each slice well.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and sesame oil.
Serve the chicken with the soy mayo sauce.
