Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the mayonnaise and parsley and mix until well combined.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through. Slice the chicken into strips.
  5. Lay the wraps on a flat surface. Spread each wrap with some of the mayonnaise mixture. Layer with spinach leaves, tomato slices, chicken strips, and cheese.
  6. Roll the wraps up and slice in half. Serve immediately.
