Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Sriracha sauce, bread crumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  4. In a small saucepan, mix together the hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat. Serve hot.
