Ingredients

  • 1 lb of codfish fillets
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the codfish fillets to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the codfish to an oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Pour the cream over the codfish and sprinkle with the parsley and chives.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the codfish is cooked through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
