Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork loin, about 2 pounds

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub pork loin with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place pork in a roasting pan and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork is 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
