Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 slices bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the pork and beans, brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion, molasses, and ketchup.
- Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Lay bacon slices across the top of the beans.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and beans are bubbly.
