Ingredients
- 1 package extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the tofu cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Thread the tofu cubes onto skewers. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the sriracha sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and brush the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
