Ingredients
1 package extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Remove the skewers from the grill and brush the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
