Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Mix the feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, dill, mint, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece of phyllo dough in the greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter.
- Repeat with the remaining pieces of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with butter. Spread the cheese mixture over the top layer of phyllo dough.
- Fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the cheese mixture. Drizzle with the olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
