Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, dill, mint, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece of phyllo dough in the greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Repeat with the remaining pieces of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with butter. Spread the cheese mixture over the top layer of phyllo dough.
  5. Fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the cheese mixture. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
