Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt and pepper.
- Mix until everything is fully combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite condiments.
