- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
