1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed

1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of red onion, diced
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine black beans, white beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
