  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and almond extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
