Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup cooked bacon, diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each croissant in half lengthwise. Place the bottom halves of the croissants in a greased muffin tin.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon, if desired.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the croissant halves.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the quiche is golden brown and set.
  7. Garnish with additional cheese and bacon, if desired.
  8. Serve warm.
