Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2-3 pounds lamb
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together chili powder, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place the lamb in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the lamb and seal the bag.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
- When ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the lamb for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
