Ingredients
3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
