- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until it is cooked through and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and carrot; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and hoisin sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the green onion and cilantro. Cook for 1 more minute.
