Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, flour and salt until combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
