Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and turn to coat the thighs evenly in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
