Ingredients

  • 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and turn to coat the thighs evenly in the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  5. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
