Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.

  3. Put the banana, apple, and spinach into a blender.
  4. Add the orange juice and ice cubes.
  5. Blend until smooth.
