Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla and peanuts. Microwave for an additional 4 minutes.
- Stir the mixture until smooth. Pour onto a greased baking sheet.
