Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until heated through.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked egg noodles and the beef mixture. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
