Ingredients
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place the spaghetti squash cut side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Using a fork, scrape the spaghetti squash to remove the strands.
Divide the spaghetti squash among 4 taco shells.
Top each taco with the cheese, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, avocado, and salsa.
Enjoy with a lime wedge, if desired.
