Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced

1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve the chili with shredded cheese, sour cream, and any other desired toppings.
