Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast.
In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the turkey breast.
Squeeze the lemon over the top of the turkey breast. Place the two lemon halves into the roasting pan.
Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
