Ingredients
4 medium turnips, peeled and diced

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the diced turnips and cook for 8 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain the turnips and return them to the pot.
Add the butter, caraway seeds, salt and pepper to the pot and mash with a potato masher until desired consistency.
Serve warm.
