Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, mango, and coconut and mix until fruits are evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour in melted butter and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture in an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle crumble mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
