Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil

1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 (8 ounce) package linguine

Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes with their juices and the bay leaf. Simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
Drain the linguine and return to the pot. Add the turkey ragu and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
Divide the linguine between two plates and serve.
