Directions

Add the green beans to the boiling liquid and cook for 5 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the green beans to the bowl of cold water.
Drain the green beans and transfer to clean canning jars.
Pour the hot liquid over the green beans, leaving a 1/2-inch headspace.
Wipe the rims of the jars with a damp cloth.
Place the lids on the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
