- 1 pound chicken tenders

Directions

- In a separate bowl, pour in the milk. Dip the chicken tenders into the milk, then dredge in the coconut mixture until fully coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenders and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
