Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the coconut, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour in the milk. Dip the chicken tenders into the milk, then dredge in the coconut mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenders and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
