Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup canned or fresh pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine the oats, pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in the slow cooker.
