Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss to coat the mushrooms evenly.
  3. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
