Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
