Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the cranberries. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
