Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
