1 pound Italian sausage
2 bell peppers, diced
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
Add the bell pepper and onion to the sausage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Transfer the sausage mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
