Ingredients
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and coconut.
- Spread half of the cake batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the cake batter.
- Spoon the remaining cake batter over the brown sugar mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with caramel sauce.
