Ingredients
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
